Print-on-Demand means your apparel is custom-made after you place your order. We don't hold inventory. Your unique design is printed, cured, and shipped specifically for you. This allows us to offer unique designs and reduce waste.

Our process has two steps:

Production Time: Your item is built, printed, and quality-checked within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Time: This is the delivery time after the item is shipped (e.g., 3–5 days for domestic shipping). You'll receive a tracking number once the order leaves our facility.

We use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing. This injects the ink directly into the fabric fibers, ensuring a high-quality, vibrant, and soft-to-the-touch finish that won't crack or peel over time.

We prioritize quality with our "Yarn" philosophy. We use high-grade, pre-shrunk cotton or cotton blends (details are listed on each product page). Our shirts are designed to be soft, comfortable, and durable enough to withstand urban life.

Since every tee is custom-printed, we can only accept returns or offer replacements if the item is defective, damaged, or misprinted upon arrival. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or if the wrong size was ordered.

Yes! Please check our dedicated Sizing Chart page before placing your order. We provide detailed measurements (in inches and centimeters) for all our apparel to help you choose the perfect fit and avoid size-related issues.

To keep your print vibrant:

Wash inside-out in cold water.

Use a gentle cycle.

Tumble dry low or hang-dry for best results.

Do not iron directly on the print.
Due to the POD nature, production often starts quickly. You have a small window (usually 1–2 hours) to cancel or modify your order (including size or design changes). Contact us immediately at abby.ngo007@gmail.com for assistance. After that window, the order cannot be changed.
Yes, Urban Yarn ships worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Note: Customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes.
Once your item has completed the 5–7 business day production phase and has shipped, we will send you an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.
